What we’re looking for:

• Someone energised by working in a startup-style environment
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping clients understand their cover
• A team player who values collaboration over competition
• Someone who’s proud to work with integrity and do things properly
• An individual who sees the value in community-focused insurance

You have:

• 3+ years of broking experience (ideally commercial lines)
• A solid understanding of products like Property Owners, Household, or SME Packages
• Familiarity with Acturis (or able to learn new systems quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping people feel protected
• A belief in doing things properly, as part of a team — not working in silos

Even better if:

• You’ve worked within a growing or startup-style brokerage
• You’re working towards Cert CII (or would like to — we’ll support you)
• You’re confident in a client-facing, advice-based role
• You’re based in or near Northampton and passionate about supporting local businesses
